We are a small group of six artists who create and publish zines ourselves. We’re not a tech giant or a team of developers; we’re creatives building a platform for other creatives. Every decision we make is rooted in our own experiences as zine makers, and our goal has never been financial gain. Zines.co.uk exists to support and promote independent UK zine producers, photographers, artists, and small publishers.
A Fair, Transparent Model
- No upfront fees. No shop fees. No listing fees.
- 10% selling fee only. When you make a sale, we take a simple 10% commission, meaning you keep 90% of the checkout value.
- Soft launch: From 1st April 2026, we’re inviting artists who have registered their interest to join as one of 50 founding members under this commission-only model. If you signed up for our newsletter, check your inbox, you might be one of them!
- Full launch: 1st June 2026.
