  • Zines.co.uk is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent artists and publishers.

    We act as an agent. We advertise zines on behalf of artists who sell and dispatch their work directly to you.

    Role of Zines.co.uk

    • Provides the platform for artists to list their zines
    • Facilitates the transaction between you and the artist

      We do not:

      • Hold stock
      • Dispatch orders
      • Control production or fulfilment

      Your purchase is made with the individual artist.

      Orders and Payments: When you place an order:

      • Your payment is processed through the platform
      • Your order details are passed to the artist

      A contract is formed between you and the artist, not Zines.co.uk.

      Delivery: The artist is responsible for:

      • Packaging and dispatching your order
      • Providing delivery times and shipping costs

        Delivery times may vary between artists. You should refer to the individual listing for details.

        Customer Information: By placing an order, you agree that:

        • Your name and delivery address will be shared with the artist
        • This information is used only to fulfil your order

        Returns and Refunds: Each artist sets their own return policy.

        You should check:

        • Whether returns are accepted
        • The timeframe for returns
        • The process for refunds or exchanges

        Any return or refund request must be handled directly with the artist.

        Product Responsibility: Artists are responsible for:

        • The accuracy of product descriptions
        • The quality and condition of the zines
        • Ensuring items are as described

        Issues and Disputes

        • If you have a problem with your order:
        • Contact the artist directly in the first instance

        Zines.co.uk may assist where possible, but does not take responsibility for resolving disputes.

        Liability rests with the artist fulfilling the order.
